The More than Equal Driver Development Programme is the world’s first high-performance preparation pathway created exclusively for young female racing drivers with the potential to compete at the elite level.
Combining technical mastery, racecraft, and data-driven training with elite athletic preparation and personal development, drivers are immersed in an Olympic-style, age-appropriate high-performance environment. Backed by cutting-edge analytics and performance tracking, More than Equal is closing the performance gap and preparing its drivers to excel at the very highest levels of motorsport.
