All personal information and data we collect for individuals is treated as strictly private and confidential and we will never share data in any format without prior written consent of the individual (and their parent/guardian in instances where they are under the age of 18 or a vulnerable adult).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information on our website from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
What we do with it

You may request removal of your personal information at any time by written request in accordance with this Notice. We will always liaise with you to manage any such request.
Where it might go
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, mandatory staff GDPR training and regular security assessments.
All data is held on servers in the UK or the European Economic Area and, as such, meets security safeguards equivalent to those required by Data Protection legislation.

Who we share it with
We may share personal information with trusted third parties, such as service providers, to support our activities. These third parties are contracted to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information to an equivalent standard as our own.
The trusted third parties we share personal information with include:

- Manchester Metropolitan University
We may also share information with our parent company, KKCG, and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies under common control with us. We may also share your information with CRM service providers, advertisers and investors for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.
We also use technology partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, Google Suite, Survey Monkey, R Studio and FLO to facilitate our management of data and to support our business practices.
Your information may be disclosed to third parties that perform services for us on our behalf including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance. With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
