RESEARCH SUPPORTED BY

WHAT IS MORE THAN EQUAL

MoreThanEqual brings together some of motorsports’ best scouts, physical trainers, psychologists, nutritionists, racing coaches and drivers…all focused on finding and developing the first female F1 world champion.

Founded by British former racing driver David Coulthard and Czech entrepreneur Karel Komárek, the initiative reflects their shared belief that given equal support at an equally young age as male future drivers, female racing talent can not only earn their seat in an F1 team, but become a championship winner.
