The ground-breaking partnership strengthens the female talent pipeline, providing expert support for drivers and launching new research-driven initiatives to advance women in motorsport. More than Equal’s high-performance programme for younger drivers complements F1 ACADEMY’s mission to elevate female talent at the next stage of their careers.

>= More than Equal and F1 ACADEMY™ are joining forces in a ground-breaking partnership to accelerate the development of female talent in motorsport. As the official Driver Performance & Research Partner, >= More than Equal will leverage its expertise in high-performance development and data-driven insights to support F1 ACADEMY’s mission of increasing female representation at the highest levels of racing.
Founded by the businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist Karel Komárek and former F1 driver David Coulthard, >= More than Equal is dedicated to finding and developing the first female Formula 1 World Champion.
The partnership also enhances the training support available to drivers, including the provision by >= More than Equal of a dedicated physiotherapist who will provide expert care to F1 ACADEMY participants throughout the season. >= More than Equal and F1 ACADEMY will further collaborate on research-driven initiatives, including the creation of a structured guide to support young female drivers in their development.
Additionally, F1 ACADEMY Managing Director Susie Wolff will join >= More than Equal’s Advisory Board, bringing her extensive experience and leadership in female motorsport development. Her involvement will further foster collaboration between the two organisations and drive impactful initiatives to support the next generation of female racing talent.
